Shipping was fast I believe it was three days the hair is really good no tangling no funny smell a little shedding but only because my stylist cut my wefts I believe , but the shedding is very light so no complaints. I haven't washed it yet but it's very thick and bouncy still The curl pattern is still beautiful!. I get a lot of compliments on my hair I will be ordering again but a different pattern., The customer service was moderate. Service was very helpful. Thank You Hj Beauty !!!
